Eat, Eat, Eat. Have 4-6 smaller meals throughout the day with snacks in between. Make sure you eat good foods such as whole grains, pastas, fish, nuts, etc. Don't eat sugary foods. You want to gain healthy weight. Incorporating weight training with a high calorie diet will also help you gain weight because you will gain muscle instead of fat.

Have only 3 meals a day (in other words: slow your metabolism DOWN, not up!) and increase portions.

Meanwhile, do weight lifting and eat eggs, chicken, fish and legumes.

Good luck!

weight train! muscles weigh a whole lot more than fat. (I'm not saying you're fat) lifting weights will turn body fat into muscle- hence causing you to weigh more and look better!
