How old are you? If you're under 21 then please wait, but if you're over 21 then Yes!! If it's gonna make you feel better and more comfortable in your own skin then you should definitely do it. Everyone says you should love yourself as you are etc etc but it's much easier to love yourself and be more confident when you like the way you look (superficial but true!). I'm speaking from experience because I had my ears pinned back when I was 21 and I'm sooo glad I did! It's not like you're getting your boobs inflated to an F cup, it's more like corrective surgery and if it actually is as bad as you think - and you're not just being hyper-critical of yourself - then I think you should go for it!!!!!

My mother had tons of plastic surgery all in one visit, she had a rhinoplasty and now, she doesn't even look like my mother.
I have a long nose. It looks so attractive. If I had a small nose, it would look hideous on my face.
Send me a photo, let me judge. I am confident you don't need a nose job. Nose jobs are man-made, and who wants something man made? Why do you not like your nose? So what if it's the measurements that you described, mine's bigger than that, but I love my nose. I used to get teased a lot as a child. Did you? Is this where this is stemming? If so, don't listen to losers that do that. They're just jealous, cuz you're more attractive than they are. Trust me. You don't have an ugly nose.
Good luck.

My nose is also prominent. I am 44. Odd as it seems, men still hit on me all of the time! point being... It is NOT the size of your nose or boobs that really matter. It is how you treat others and having self confidence that comes from good grooming and presenting yourself as happy. (whether you are or are not confident does not matter... Pretend, until is is true.
If you are considering rhino, then at least wait until you are in your late twenty's AT LEAST.
You are not ready for the amount of PAIN and PROLONGED recovery that major surgeries cause. Life has to knock you around a bit before YOU or anyone is ready for this surgery, or childbirth... or etc.

Rhinoplasty surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
