And also, what are some great at home workouts? I hate going to gyms, so I just work out at home.

Turn on the music and let it get you motivated for your workout session. And I have to agree with Betty Boop....invite a friend or family member over and have a workout buddy. You'll have a blast.

There are tons of em' but the best way is to invite friends and family over to get involved and help...Meet a friend for a mile run or your mom for a walk along the river, go for a bike ride, walk on the beach...or just have a work out party at home.

My guess is that you are inquiring about your 'laziness' with regard to exercising and physical activity.

One thing that helped me lose weight and start exercising was to stand in front of the mirror naked. If you don't like what you see, it helps to motivate you to make changes.

Also - start making small productive choices - like 'How far away from the store can I park?' instead of "Where's the 'closest' parking space'. Likewise, choose the stairs, etc...

Ideally you may get yourself addicted to the gym - an iPod may help keep you motivated.

Get up and move now!

eating junk foods might boost your energy for a little while, but then it usually ends up just draining out more than what you had to before. Doing kickboxing, yoga, all of those things are good! they have some really good videos out there that really have helped me keep off the pounds, and I can do it by myself in my own home downstairs where no one can see me and i don't feel like an idiot! that's always good too!lol

Get up and do something. Paint a room, rake the yard, pick up trash along the highway, volunteer at the local youth home or senior citizen center.

Try some multivitamins. Maybe you are missing some energy in your diet. Also try some tae-bo or some dance videos. Dancing is always fun! :o) Try some light weights. Weight lifting helps you to feel more strenghth. Good luck!
