why is it that it was fine for the Arabs to conquer Jerusalem and now, Jews can't occupy their holy land. The Jews were first there.

Because Some of these Arabs don't understand who the true God is, it is Elohim, not some alah guy. Jerusalem is the city made by Jews and was given from Elohim to the Jews, not the Arabs, they have their Mecca or whatever they call it. Us Jews have to have a home land and city, it's Israel and Jerusalem, the Arabs are just being their greety selves, blowing up places and killing people. Their land is Saudi Arabia not Eretz Israel. Our land is Israel and West Bank, Gaza Strip, Golan Heights, and Sinai Penisula should be ours too. We were granted that land by our God and it's not to be taken away by Islam.

To post your question here instead in section Politics or any Arab country shows me that you are not looking for an answer from an Arab, you are looking for people to agree with you.
The Land Israel had to face many crusaders. I.e. the Romans destroyed Jerusalem in the year 70 and Jews were exiled from there. Like it was said before, Jews and Arabs lived in that land peacefully together. About the political status of Jerusalem you can read and get educated at Wikipedia.
Do you really think going eye by eye will solve any problems?
Guess you know who was in your homecountry America first, right? Does it feel right for you to live there now? I think so and you have a right to feel so. Why should Arabs feel any different about their homecountry?
Assuming that you never been either in Israel nor in any other country of the Middle East you should do much more research regarding the History of Israel. It's not done with: The Jews were there first.

Jews do not occupy.
Occupation is when you hold the land that doesn't belong to you. Jerusalem belongs to the Jews, therefore is not occupied.
And a question to you - why do you care about what Arabs think? It isn't like Arabs ever care about what you think.

Please don't forget hundreds of thousands of Jews that were exiled from the Arab countries.
Also, all those European Jews were, in fact, refugees. Why? Because they weren't at home in Europe.
