Grazie a te so cos'è l'amore (literally : "Thanks to you, I know what love is")

Literal translation would be
"A causa tua so (che) cos'è l'amore" but we rather say
"Con te ho scoperto l'amore" or "Grazie a te so (che) cos'è l'amore'

'Conosco che amore è a causa di voi'.
I would suggest you look at http://babelfish.altavista.com/tr. I use this translation website to help me. However, some words don't translate easily but it's still very useful.
