how to change works to excel?

i wanto to open my micosoft works database in excel, how do i do it?

That's pretty tricky. It's been a while since I did that but I know Works files are not compatible with Office files. How dumb is that from the world's premier software company???

What I remember doing was something like saving your Works spreadsheet in a .csv or other compatible format like Lotus or whatever. Then import that into Excel. I would try all available and see which gives you the best results as far as transferring your formulae, etc.
