he is way too old for me and acts like a big baby! i tried to get him to break up with me but that wuz a bust. normally i'm really good at this stuff but he is such a big baby! i don't have any harsh feelings and i want to end this as nicely as possible because i work with him. do i tell him the truth or what?

Look him right in the eye and calmly tell him that you don't want to date him anymore, that it isn't working for you. Tell him that given the fact you are a mature adult, you'll continue to be civil at wok and not let your personal relationship interfere with your work.

you need to tell him the truth, but you dont want him to feel inadiquit. you want him to find some who will love him and take care of him, because you all tired out. write him a letter with all your feelings, go to his place, givehim the letter and sit there while he reads it. that way you get everything you wanted to say out, and you make sure you have had people re-read what you are going to say, also tell someone before you do it so they can hold you accountable
