Too difficult to answer as these speeds vary depending on the climate, weight and wind parameters. Speeds for some combat aircrafts for a fixed runway.
MiG-21- Around 250(+) kmph (Delta wing)
F-14 - 230 kmph (Variable geometry wings)
B-1 - 260 kmph to 360 kmph depending on the loading (heavy bomber)
Rafale - 215 kmph (delta wing)
Starfighter -315 kmph (thin wing aircraft)

Depends upon which type of jet. Generally, the faster the top speed, the higher the landing speed(except for aircraft designed for carrier landings). This is because in order to fly faster, the aircraft must have a wing shape which permits low-drag in order for it to reach high Mach numbers. There is a penalty though, since a low drag swept wing, such as on an F-16, is not as efficient at slower speeds, it gives a higher touchdown speed to ensure enough air over the wing to keep it flying. A plane with not enough forward air encountering its surfaces is known as being 'stalled'. When a plane's wing stalls, it is no longer producing sufficient lift to keep the aircraft in flight. Planes such as the U-2R, P-3 Orion or C-130, Designed for height or range-not speed, have wings which are not swept, and therefore much more efficient at slower speeds. The C-130 can therefore land on short fields at less than 100mph. It can even land on a carrier without arresting gear. (See you tube)

After getting to my active duty base and seeing all different types of planes land and take off and getting a chance to talk to the pilots or stick jockey's as we mechanics like to call them. Most of the speeds posted in your other answers are correct the only variable is idiot operating the aircraft if it's some young hotshot you can bet it'll be a little faster than usual and will usually involve work on the plane after the pilot leaves to tell all their buddies how fast they came in. For most airframes though it is usually anywhere between 140-175 on land. I can't speak for carrier's I never had the pleasure of working on those.

Depends upon the aircraft. Anywhere between about 130 to 200 MPH.
