Place to hold a movie viewing in New York City?

I want to have a movie viewing of an older movie in New York City for a medium size group of people. The hotel that I booked does not have a confrence room. I need a place that is cheap (hourly rates) to hold this event. It has to be in New York City.

You can check with any of the movie theaters that are close to your hotel. Many of them will allow private screenings in the off-hours/during the day.
