Speed sensitive suspension.
At the Cadillac dealer where I worked, we used to joke that it stood for Sell Some Struts!

I believe it's ses, service engine soon. You need to get the codes to know whats up. This is probably obd1 but could get it scanned as obd 2 and see. Go to auto zone and ask for a trouble code scan then you will know which it is. If it not obd2 then you need some one who knows how to get codes without a scanner.
