A Christian is a person who believes that Christ died for their sins and therefor they will go to Heaven. Why do some Christians condemn other Christians because of the way they pray, worship, or some other minor difference? If a person believes that Christ died for their sins then isn't it true that that person will be forgiven and go to Heaven even if they make mistakes in the way they pray or worship? Jesus said that no one iJesus told people to take the plank out of your own eye before taking the speck out of your neighbors eye. When Christians attack other Christians aren't they just picking at specks and ignoring their own glaring sins? Later, in the New Testament there is a passage about not getting into to endless arguments about geneologies and other trivial matters. When Christians attack other Christians aren't they just starting endless arguments about trivial matters?
Did Christ die for the sins of everyone who believes in Him or just for a select few judgemental souls?

Jesus said that no one is perfect. Therefore no one worships perfectly. No one interprets the Bible perfectly. No church is perfect. No denomination is perfect. If one denomination is condemned because of their imperfections then wouldn't all denominations be condemned since none are perfect?

Christian on Christian hatred has probably produced more atheists and pagans than any other form of religious persecution.

Christian on Christian hatred has probably produced more atheists and pagans than any other form of religious persecution. Think about that next time you feel the need to making scathing comments about someone else's denominational beliefs.

that is true not only go to heaven but also too to improve our lives on this earth and thru god power and grace to do good on the earth til we get to heaven......

well alot of churches out there have interpretations on their own and it more of an agenda than anything else...their ideas on how to make people change rather than as you stated above "jesus death and ressurrection is the power that help us change" not any other church idea or theology.....

actually there is a bible passage on what you were talking about it s in acts 15 and paul settled a dispute and he pretty much said that god will reveal to people the correct interpretation of the grey areas not the church (also see 1 john 2:27)

but i think that same thing - Jesus only died and rose again for 1 church not 10,000!! - Jesus only died and rose again for 1 bible - not 100 translations!!

based on all this and im just expressing my religious view...i believe that true christianity according to the bible died 1800 years ago but i still beleive that people can accept christ in their lives and live by Grace too, i dont go and attend church, i serve christ by myself.....christians 1800 years ago wanted to follow their ideas rather than the bible teaching and especially since the dawn of the 20th century....if people were following christianity then everything that was practice in the early church would be well documented and practiced today but it is not or not well known......

You are correct to a certain point. You are actually mixing two different points; Salvation, and Doctrinal error. Salvation is for anyone and everyone who has put there faith and trust in Jesus and Him ALONE to save them for time and eternity, The problem then arises when after Salvation, baby Christians are left alone and NOT taken under the wing of a mature Christian to help them grow in the faith. Then they run the risk of joining ANY church that may happen to whisper the name of Jesus in passing and mistakenly THINK they are in a true Biblical church, when in fact, since they don't know their Bible at all, they may be following what Jesus would in fact, call a cult. There's nothing wrong with correcting doctrinal error FROM THE BIBLE. Jesus corrected the "religious" folk who were in error from the scriptures, and we can do the same. It's not tearing them down, it's correcting.

I don't think it just applies to Christians looking down on other Christians...I think this applies to every religion who looks down at any other religion besides their own. Seriously, what bible or other religious manifest preaches hatred toward those who don't believe exactly as they believe? For the most part, if you believe in God, you shall be saved. They all pretty much say the same thing. Love one another...we are all God's people...etc. And yet, we kill each other over religion and hope God is on our side. In answer to your specific question...the human race is incredibly blind. They only see what they want to see, believe what they want to believe. Regardless of what God teaches. Greed and arrogance is my best guess.

the modern definition of christianity is

the moral highground to look down upon others based on belief and presumption

41000 variations and divisions of Paul to date...still only a few followers of Jesus

I agree 100%. It all boils down to accepting that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
