Always make sure your back is straight against the back of a chair...keep telling yourself to push your chest out.

A few options available. I have back problems too. So I do back stretches like touching your toes or turning from side to side with your arm out. Work on your abs. Do crunches and/or sit ups. I also wear a back brace. It is more of a reminder to keep my back straight and to use proper posture while sitting. Also it will be a good idea to try out a chiropractor. They seem to help. Good luck with your back!
