The Bible nowhere suggests that Adam and Eve had the ability to see everything on earth, that is not a requirement for "dominion". They were not to have some kind of Orwerllian 1984 type big brother control of everything on earth.
Rather they were given the job of being God's representatives on earth, to be an image or picture of God, probably to the animals over which they were given dominion. Man was also put on earth to be its caretaker or gardener, to serve and protect it.

They were given this ability by the Creator. " And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. : Genesis 2:19. They were in harmony with God, because as of that moment they had not sinned. The only part of the Earth they had control of was the Garden of Eden.
That ability was lost after they sinned and were driven out.
Some people have a portion of that ability to see into the near future today. We call it clairvoyance, but they can only see small parts. Often with vague details.
However, a higher intelligence, Satan in the form of the serpent. Told them a lie, they bought into it. And as the Scripture says, " And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked...:" Genesis 3:7.
Things went from bad to worse. Read the chapter concerned and those following.

I'm having some difficulty understanding your question (work on the grammar).
Anyway, were they not just in the Fertile Crescent area? That's the area surrounded by the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. They pretty much stayed in that area, not traveling to or viewing from afar off. And yes, God did give them dominion over the earth and the creatures that were there. However, due to the entrance of (their) sin, God put a curse on them as well as the earth. God said to the man that, instead of him dwelling in the perfect paradise of the Garden of Eden and partaking of its fruit, he would be banned from there and have to till the earth himself in order to survive.

thats an interesting question. It seems like you read into things way too much. i tend to do the same, but i have realized that it usually doesnt do any good. the best answer i have been given to that type of question is this:
is knowing that going to effect whether or not you go to heaven?
there are a lot of things that i dont know or dont understand about the bible, especially in genesis, but i realized that it doesnt do any good to argue about it or get hung up on it because there are way more important things in the bible to analyze. the words of jesus are always inspirational to me.

God gave Adam dominion over all the earth, and he promptly traded it away to Satan, in return for the knowledge of good and evil.
It was a fool's bargain.

My reading of the Bible is Adam and Eve couldn't fly, teleport, or whatever. They had to walk everywhere.

God gave persmission to humans to eat animals for food, to use trees as shelter, etc. We are allowed to use the earth's resources for our neccessities.
