My computer works fine, but then 2 hrs after I browse online, etc. all of a sudden pages won't load anymore. I have DSL and it shows that I'm still connected but pages won't load anymore (as if I wasn't connected). I'll restart and it'll work again, but 2 hrs later it happens again (it's always close to the 2 hr mark) Any ideas?

Are you using 2wire? A lot of dsl with routers in them have this thing called DHCP. What that is is a way for your router to give each computer "names/call signs" via IP. However, each DHCP is only give to a computer for a certain amount of time (for example, like your 2 hours). Every time it assigns your computer a new DHCP IP, it continues to send the data from the internet to your old IP. This is why you can't load your pages. You need to change that setting to either 24 hours or 0 (which is not at all).

Call your DSL provider and they can work with you to try and identify the culprit.

it sounds like your Internet provider is kicking you off after being on line for 2 hours straight.

examine alongside with your internet provider, that's not proper and that they could shelter this for you as they could be in charge for themes alongside with your connection or router.
