Yes---God's covenant with Abram that “all the families of the ground will certainly bless themselves by means of [Abram]” apparently went into effect when Abram crossed the Euphrates on his way to Canaan. This must have been on Nisan 14, 1943 B.C.E.—430 years before Israel was delivered from Egypt. (Exodus 12:2, 6, 7, 40, 41) The Abrahamic covenant is “a covenant to time indefinite.” It remains in effect until the blessing of the families of the earth and the destruction of all God’s enemies have been accomplished.—Genesis 17:7; 1 Corinthians 15:23-26.

The gift of the Promised Land to the Israelites comprised the bulk of God's covenant with Abraham. Christ and the church are the main, eternal fulfillment of that covenant. The only thing that remains is for Abraham to personally receive a couple of things that God promised directly to him, which he will likely receive in the age to come.

No...the Covenant with Abraham was circumcision.

The covenant of the Law -- what we Christians call the 10 commandments was only for the Jews. We are subject to the noahide laws -- and the law of Jesus Christ.

What is the Abrahamic covenant? That through his faith and obedience he would be blessed with so many descendants and that all nations of the earth would be blessed in him. Christians who never were Jewish descendents come through Jesus. The book of Romans says If Ye be Christ's, then ye are Abraham's according to the promise. We are sort of adopted. If God loved all the world, He could have made us all Jewish, but He didn't and in His Divine Will, only known to Him, He still provided a way for those of us who are not Jewish to still come to Him. I think it is special that Jewish people can still know what Tribe they come from and knowing that Abraham is their natural ancestor makes it all more special.
