That means you are wasting your time and your workout is pretty much meaningless because you won't gain anything from your so called workout

With "minimal" weight training and not enough protein, you may gain some strength and tone but not much in the way of muscle mass. In fact, if your body is deficient of protein, you will see diminishing returns.

Being a vegetarian will require some creativity on your part for getting enough protein. An obvious source is soy - there are many soy protein supplements you can take that will help a great deal. Legumes, nuts, peanuts, tofu (again soy), soy milk, and even some grains will give some protein.

Protein is essential for building muscle. You need both strength training and protein to really build muscle and lose weight.
Just because you are a vegetarian doesnt mean you cant get enough protein. Find some other sources of protein, like peanuts or milk, that you could fit more of into your diet.

usually you will gain fat. Even if you "diet" without protein you will lose muscle and gain fat because your body will metabolize protein whereever you it can get it!

i in my opinion imagine its not the nicely ideal exercising consultation undemanding on condition that lower back workouts exercising consultation ur biceps besides so why not placed them mutually? as for the whey i love it, i used to take norm whey protein yet now take whey isolate protein. Take it 30min to at least a million hour earlier exercising consultation and right now after to 30 min after the exercising consultation. been conserving me healthful and in structure. Im 6'11' 185 with BFP of seven.2 btw
