Adam and Eve were not Jewish, Abraham was the first Jew.
He came to a belief in God, and took upon himself the mission of teaching others of the monotheistic ideal. Abraham was even willing to suffer persecution for his beliefs. After years of enormous effort, dedication and a willingness to accept the responsibility to be God's representative in this world, God chose Abraham and his descendants to be the teachers of this monotheistic message.
In other words it is not so much that God chose the Jews; it is more accurate that the Jews (through Abraham) chose God.
Jews did not kill Jesus, the Romans did. In 2002 Pope John Paul II acknowledged that fact and apologized to the Jewish nation publicly for all the pain and suffering they endured because of that mistaken assumption.

Juda was one of the 12 sons of Jacob and the 12 tribes of Israel included the tribe named Jews in the New Testament, but Tribalism was dropped under Moses and they all became known as Children of Israel and Yahuudi or Penitents.

ews did not make the claim but Christians do, and the "Jews" know the Christians have been tricked for all of the 2000 years, since they know Christ was not killed but two thieves named Jesus by the Romans were crucified and made into the 3nitty God of Zeus and the Dove and the son Jesus.

Do yourself s favor and get a copy of The Age Of Reason (www.Xlibris.com) and learn about the secrets of the BIble and the Hoax of the crucified thieves.

~Adam was not technically a Jew since Judaism had not been established yet (through Moses, Abraham, the Covenant).
~Most Jews do not really claim to be "the chosen ones," but are humble about their heritage.
~People (Romans,Jews) put Jesus to death because he was so radical in his love and call to an alternative life. He was not the messiah that some were looking for (for instance, he rejected militarism).
~Not all Romans and Jews would have done the same, of course.

The Jewish are the chosen ones. Judaism began with Abraham of whom God made the first covenant (promise) with. The first split also occurs here with Abraham's sons Ishmael, Abraham's first born son and Issac, Abraham's son promised to him by God. The Jews stem from Issac and the Muslims and Islam stem from Ishmael. Christianity stems from Jewish roots. A handful of Jewish priest and Roman rulers had Jesus crucified. This is because first of all, it was prophecy, secondly, although the Jewish are God's chosen people, they were very rebellious and God blinded them to the true identity of the Messiah. They will soon have their sight returned when Jesus comes again, and they will be his people and he will be there God. Christians are grafted in to the promise by Jesus' sacrifice at the cross. The Jews are still the natural original chosen people!

Adam was not of the Jewish race, but his religion was similar to Jewish religion since he worshipped the true God and his sons offered sacrifices to God, and he rested on the Sabbath.

The Jews are descended from Yaqub son of Ishaq son of Ibrahim.

Why did they kill some of their prophets? I suppose because they did not like what those prophets said. Usually it was their bad kings who killed prophets. They prophet said somthing the king did not like, so the king killed the prophet. Somehow corrupt politicians tend to kill people. It is still the same today.

Jews come from the son of Sarah and Abraham, Isaac

And yes, they´re supposed to be the chosen ones but they killed Jesus, they never believed He was the son of God and they´re still waiting for their Savior. So, all of the ones who believe Jesus is the Messiah become the chosen ones.

No...the term Jew comes from the tribe of Judah...Jacob's (Israel) descendent.

They ARE God's chosen ones because it was to the Hebrew people that God CHOSE to reveal himself as the one True God; it is to the Jews he CHOSE to give his holy word, to establish a covenant with them; to claim him as his own and to send his Son Jesus to us through his chosen people. There were far bigger tribes, more learned peoples then (Greeks, Persians, Romans) but God has always chisen the weak to shame the wise. Those whom the world considers as small and insignificant are always more open to the good news.....Abraham and his descendents were very open -- not perfectly, of course....but open just the same.

All of us are descendents of Adam and Eve (peace be upon them). Jews came much later after Adam (peace be upon him), so how can Adam (peace be upon him) be a Jew?

They transgressed against God, that's why they killed the prophets sent to them. Regarding this, God said in the holy Quran:

004.155: (They have incurred divine displeasure): In that they broke their covenant; that they rejected the signs of God; that they slew the Messengers in defiance of right; that they said, "Our hearts are the wrappings (which preserve God's Word; We need no more)";- Nay, God hath set the seal on their hearts for their blasphemy, and little is it they believe;-

003.181: God hath heard the taunt of those who say: "Truly, God is indigent and we are rich!"- We shall certainly record their word and (their act) of slaying the prophets in defiance of right, and We shall say: "Taste ye the penalty of the Scorching Fire!

God knows best.

Peace and Love.

After the Babylonian and Syrian captivity, the only two tribes left were, Judah and Benjamin. (Ten tribes were "lost"/dispersed).

I believe the name "Jew" comes from the name of the tribe of Judah.

As in the church today, many belong but many don't believe what is being taught and often oppose the teachings of God. They can't kill God so they try to kill His messengers.
