I don't know of a dating site, but there are some chat sites where you can make firends. For your profile, it asks about your status and you can put looking. Many people chat back and forth and I know a few people who have met others from that site. I'm not sure where you live, but if type in the place where you live (if it's small, type in the bigger city by you) and mojo in the yahoo search, the one for people close to you should pop up. for example atlantamojo.com or nashvillemojo.com

I know you prob. don't want to here this, but those sites don't work. Every one lies about themselves, and you don't know what kind of people you find on there.Chatrooms that have singles room don't require credit cards!
