Their parents are already ordering a pizza and the little girl had play-doh and movies...what else should i bring for both of them to play with at their different age levels ( babysitting for four hours)

I own a daycare, and in my experience, it depends on the kids. If they are couch potatoes that sit in front of the TV or video games all day long, their attention spans are going to be a lot shorter, and you'll need a lot more to pick from.
If they are kids that keep the tv off, they'll have more vivid imaginations, and you could bring a cardboard box with you and have the time of your life. I would bring as large a selection as you can, sensibly, and let them pick, and go from there. Your flexibility, and willingness to change will go really far.

I have three children 8, 3, and 2 and they love the crafts and make at home games that can be found at www.dltk-kids.com. Another free and easy game my kids love is to take any object about the size of a golf ball and hide it, have the children search for it while you give clues of "you're cold", "you're getting warmer", "you're hot!" My 3 year old calls it Hide & Heat lol.

Uno and Go fish are good games they can both play, but they probably have plenty to entertain them at their house. Puzzle are good too. You can always play games like " I spy". You all could color all kids like that. Legos are good too. If you are thinking of board games there are Shutes and Ladders, Candyland, Trouble and Sorry. Although the little one may need help with Trouble and Sorry. You all could tell stories and read books.

My babysitter brings wooden clothes pins ( the ones with the springs in them) to decorate and give away as gifts for chip bag closers. They color them with markers, write the person's name on them and sometimes put stickers on them
