I need to convert my mpeg2 video files to any format like .3gp, .3gp2, .avi, .dv, .mpg, .mpg4, .mov, .mqv or .wmv. Is there a FREE program that I can download online for use on my PC (operating system XP)?

Super. It is a free download at their website, no adware or spyware involved...have been using it for over a year now, works great with simple drag and drop use. at their site just hover on freeware then super and click download.
