Try letting him tie you up, or you tie him up. How about location? I see you've tried many things, but what about PLACES? It might be a huge turn on for you both if you sneak out on the porch, deck, outside somewhere and get off on the excitement and risk of getting caught or seen by neighbors. Good luck.
