and should i be nice but mean at times
sometimes she doesnt notice me when im nice.

Just be yourself. If you are a nice guy, be a nice guy. If she cannot appreciate that you are a nice guy and you treat girls nicely, why would you want to be with a girl like that anyways? If she does not notice you when you are being nice, then try and get to know a girl who notices and appreciates that you are nice. I am sure there are plenty of them around - perhaps you just don't take the time to notice them - Hmm!!

you should always be nice to girls, turn on and turn offs can vary, many people like different things so that is hard to answer. Maybe it is a turnoff for the girl when you are mean. Some girls like it when the guy takes control.

People always want what they can't have...playing hard-to-get is cute and fun for a while, but gets old. Be careful b/c she might think you don't like her and lose interest altogether. Never be mean. When you're pretty sure she's into you, just ask her out and don't make a big deal out of it whether she says "yes," or even if she says "no." Good luck!

Turn ons are being really sensitive and treating girls with respect.
Turn offs are being pushy and mean.
You should be nice but joke around.
Whatever you do, don't be mean just for her attention!! Be nice and talk to her more than your other friends who are girls to let her know you like her

Try acting a little indifferent, like you have many other options, and she can either take you or leave you -- you don't care either way (self-confidence is sexy, and most people seem to be attracted to a challenge).
Never act needy or clingy. And develop your sense of humor.
