2 ripe avocados
1 small onion

salt and pepper to taste
Peel avocados and remove the pit (see below for a neat idea on how to use the pits)

Easy Fruit Salsa
2 cups of a tart fruit (like strawberries or fresh pineapple)
1 cup firm, juicy fruit (like mango, fresh pear or Red Delicious apple)
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon honey
Chop the fruits, retaining as much of the juice as possible.
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and let sit about 10 minutes.
The sweet salsa combined with the tart lime Doritos is wonderful!

Blend 1 tomato with some lime juice, jalapenos to taste, cilantro, a small clove of garlic and a small piece of red onion. Season with salt and pepper and yum!
You could also chop tomato, jalapeno, red onion (or scallions) .. mix well ... put the tortillas on a plate, top with the mixture and some shredded cheese and pop in the microwave until nice and gooey!

You might want to try something with more of a light taste with them like just plain sour cream. Or even make a simple home made salsa...with just diced tomatoes and some parsley basil cilantro and garlic. And then you can make it as spicey as you like with jalepanos or hot sauce.

Salsa, guacamole, bean dip, or a layered dip of all three with sour cream would be good.
