Just tell her she's jealous because she wishes she looked as good as you- it usually shuts them up for awhile. Don't worry about- I don't know your age but chances are you will outgrow it, I did. If you're concerned start exercising daily. Just ignore your sister and she'll eventually leave you alone.

Other than, "Why do you feel a need/or why is it so important to you to insult me?" I really can't give you a comeback. People insult others because their own self-esteem is so low. So in order to feel better about themselves, they insult others. Maybe your big sister is having problems of her own in the "dating department<" or whatever. Eventually, you will slim down. Heck, you're still growing. But you know what? Mean and ugly goes to the bone, and lasts forever! So even when and if you do lose weight(according to you sister's standards) she'll still be mean and ugly. Or maybe you could just say, "I'm sorry you feel the need to insult me." That might give her something to think about. Get"s people crazy when they try to hurt you and you're nice to them. And by the way, who made your sister an authority on what is overweight? I went thru this with my niece. Can't tell you how many days she cried when she got picked on for being "chubbette." Well, now she's 16, and the rest of her body finally caught up with her. You'd never know she was once super chubby. And she's even on the cheerleading team now, and one of the most popular girls in school - even though I always thought that was pretty superficial and stupid when I was in school- but just goes to show, what matters is what you think of yourself! She's still the biggest, tallest girl in school, but because of her attitude about herself, people are drawn to her.
Good luck darlin. Just remind yourself you are not responsible for other people's insecurities, and try not to take it personally. I had the opposite problem. I was always such a skinny, tiny little thing. Can't tell you how many times people told me not to go outside on a windy day 'cause I'd get blown away. Or, what are you, anorexic? Get on foodstamps, etc. And I could, and still can, out eat anybody. Just my body chemistry. So okay, "Now that you've tried to insult me, do you feel better about yourself? " Can't tell you how many times that stopped people dead in their tracks.
