Has anyone ever answered the door naked?

I have been dared to answer the door to the pizza guy that way and am nervous as hell about doing it.

The thing is, if you answer the door naked, your neighbors across the street will see you, anyone driving by will see you, and chances are, when you rip that door open in your nudish glory, it won't be the pizza guy, it will be your great aunt Chloe and her husband, the pastor of a small church in Missouri, who decided to pop into town on a surprise visit. And you will always be known as "the relative that no one talks about."
If you tempt the fates with this kind of opportunity to entirely humiliate you, they will take full advantage of it.

At home where I could be seen from the street doing that? No. At a cabin, condo, or hotel room at different nudist resorts, I've done it many times. Then it's no different than answering the door clothed at home except that I don't have to scramble to find something to put on first.

My gran claims this is a true story... When she was a young girl in the early thirties she lived in a ritzy seaside town on the coast of Tuscany which was frequented by many British writers and other famous people. My gran had gone to finishing school in the UK and spoke perfect English so she befriended several of these writers including Aldous Huxley (author of Brave New World and reknown "druggy" and eccentric). One day she went round to his house; he opened the door and he was completely buck naked. He very nonchalantly said, "Oh, please do come in...I'll just go slip some clothes on."

Once...when I was a teenager. I invited at home a guy, who was a friend of mine and... just wanted to get everything done before my parents showed up from work.

I wouldn't do it to the pizza guy, though. Because opening the door naked pretty much means "Come in..."

and what if he comes in, but you realize you don't really like him...?

Whatever you do don't do it.It would not be a good idea.
1. you could be sued.
2.the word could get out to your parents and school mates!!!!!!!!!!!
3.you lose your friend respect.
4.you go from way high to low
5.you could end up being rapped
6.you could be in a bet
7.the pizza guy could have a camera and know that you will be naked, because someone told him of this plan


It's just a really bad idea

Yeah I get a kick outta doing it when the missionaries come by!

I'd say go ahead (so long as there's someone else around to make sure things don't get outta hand) you'll almost certainly get the pizza for free and you'll get fast service from that pizza joint for some time to come!!

Don't do it Cindy. You don't know if the pizza guy is a sick guy or what. He could kick the door in and take advantage of you and etc. I could go on and on, but don't do that, it's way to risky.

i did by accident once, i moved a roommate in and forgot about him being there and i heard someone coming in my house at midnight, and jumped out of bed and charged him, picture this 6'1" 200 lb muscular guy running at you as fast as he can , once i realized it wasnt an intruder,i stopped and talked to him said im sorry, i said so whats up, he said you are while he pointed, because the adrenaline was pumping i forgot i was standing there naked, ill never forget the awkward moment that we had ick>>>>
