Michelle
Gosh Sweetie we've been through this before. It's not that I don't sympathize with what you're going through, because I and many others know what heartbreak feels like. But it sounds as though he's already made up his mind.
Now, if you're really determined that you want a relationship with this...criminal...then you MUST stop begging him. Men like women who are self-confident, and if you stop writing to him, he might just wonder what you're up to and be more responsive.
But you said yourself that you're an attractive woman. Why would you want to continue a relationship with a man who's not only in jail, but ignores the pleas in your letters? I just know you can do better. Yes Sweetie, love hurts...but we go on.

he's doing this to protect himself from being hurt i've been thru this game before what you need to realize is that he's in a whole different world then you and if you really want to know the truth i promise you he will not be the same man he was before he went in,you are better off finding someone else now, please take my advice.good luck to you

Honestly... I think you should do what your heart tells you. I can't give you an answer on this, because its your life, and you have to find out how you want to handle it. Your b/f has 2 more years to go hunh? Well, if you Love him and he Loves you... do what you gotta do. But if you can't see your self with him in the future, (MOVE ON)! Don't waste your life... cause you'll never get it back!

he's right, listen to him. find someone else, or be alone, but dont wait for a guy for 2 years that doesn't even want you to visit. quit writing him and find a man that's not in jail or on probation

Two years Sweet Pea...thats along time to wait for love.
My suggestion to you is too let it go and move on with your life and when he gets out he can visit you and if yours till single then good for him and if not, tuff cookie.

He's trying to let you go in the nicest way. I would take it as a compliment. He thinks so much of you that he doesn't want you to wait for him. If you want to wait those 2 years, it's up to you.

Sounds like he dropped the soap. (lol) (joking)
Maybe he thinks you can do much better, and he doesn't want you to feel like you're wasting your time on him because he might feel that you can do better than a jail bird.

That's up to you entirely. From what you've said, I see that he cares enough about you that he wants you to move on even though it may be painful for you both.

I think that you should take his advice and move on.
