There are many solutions to this problem! But I'm going to tell you the least costly way. (Without spending to much money!) Do you drink lots of soda? If you do stop it! Acne feeds off of sugar, and caffine. It gives a greater chance of the acne staying even with other treatments. Instead of soda, reach for something more benefical such as Orange Juice, or even just plain water! Flavored won't hurt either :). Also, don't eat something filled with oils, grease, fats, etc. If you want a snack, reach for an apple :). (I know its not the best tasting, but its a good way to keep away the acne!). Now, I'm not saying you must stop, NO! :) You can still eat all the things you like but eat sweets and drink caffine more sparingly than you usually do! :). Also, if you want to maximize your chances for taking away the acne, ask your parents to buy you some cream. Ask your doctor he has more better ways medications that are more effective than OTC (Over The Counter) medications and he'll write you a prescription :).
Hope this helps :) Good LUCK :)

Acne is a common problem seen among the adolescents, due to an increase in sex harmone production at this age.Things that can help control acne -
1. Avoid too much of coffee, chocolates.
2. Use a soft soap, avoid anti bacterial soaps
3. Avoid fatty food, use less oil in your diet.
4. You can use benzoyl peroxide creams over the affected area.
5. You can apply retinal A creams ( vitamin A ) over affected area.
6 Oral antibiotics like tetracycline, doxycycline are useful as well
7 Lastly you can take oral vitamin A with certain precaution( in case of females )- use effective contraceptive measure 1 month before and after the start of oral Vitamin A.This is because Vitamin A is known teratogenic( can harm the developing fetus ).So if you are sexualy active start off with Vitamin A intake only after a negative pregnancy urine test.

Acne BLOWS and there's no other way to put it. I absolutley LOVE Biore products. Their facial cleansers work fantasticly and won't dry out your skin, but their best product is their deep pore cleansing strips, that you put on your nose or face then peel off. It might sound a little painful, but it's not, and NOTHING cleans your skin better. If you have BAD acne, and I don't mean like a couple pimples, I mean SEVERE, then go see a dermatologist and he'll give you some RX stuff that will REALLY work.

Wash gently. Don't scrub your face. This will cause you to break out more.
Neutrogena makes good products.
Keep your pillow case, wash cloth & towel clean, & change them frequently. Oil on them isn't good for your skin.
Avoid 10% benzoil peroxide solutions. It has been proven that 2% solutions are as effective AND less irritating. Again, Neutrogena makes "On the Spot" Treatment with 2%.
Drink lots of water to keep your system clean. Also, consider a good vitamin A supplement, and a zinc 100 mg. daily.

Its normal.. Chill..
I may be only 11, and I am not NEAR (maybe) getting acne, but dude, my sis gots acne, and she seems fine.
Ignore it.
Sometimes, products make it worse. Just use that oxygen thing. Thats what my sister uses.
I'm sure other people will grow acne with you or they already have acne. Its just a normal thing in life.
Appearance will take over life if you think about it too much.

lol, I have it, 2. it you've got big ones you pick off the top and sqeeze the puss (white stuff) out. You'll get a scab for about a day and then you should be fine. It may sound disqusting, but it pays off.
if you have small ones get "oxy daily cleansing pads" from your local pharmacy. you should see results in about a week if u use it twice daily.
