Well the whole god thing doesn't stand up to logic so you have to do a lot of yammering in a desperate attempt to have it all make some sense to a person with half a brain.

Too funny ! I love "proslytizing bovine scat". Mind if I use that tomorrow at work? It usually is like that isn't it? Then they usually end with "god bless".

Because they feel there is that infinitesimal chance that you might convert and become the next Billy Graham. They store up this fervent hope that they can beat out old Missy Mae next door that always seems to find another person to convert in Dairy Queen on Saturdays.

One of my friend's husband is a self ordained preacher; he sounds like an @$$ because he doesn't even know what's in half of the bible and makes up a lot of crap under his own conclusions. And he keeps going and going with no sight of end! I wish I could hit the off button on that guy.

Could be because each "redeemed" Christian is charged with "witnessing" to those that are not "saved."

This is answered with the utmost respect for Christians. Again, I say, with total respect and integrity. I merely stressed certain words because some readers will not understand the meaning of them..

Then what in the world are you doing in the religion and spiritually section of Yahoo Answers?
If you ask a question about Jesus, what do you expect people to talk about? Perhaps Mohammed or Buddah?

long winded writings are better left undone and just short / to the point honesty is best
