I read all the other answers. People sure have a lot of different opinions! I guess it comes down to what You believe. But the truth does not change no matter what anyone person believes. We as humans may not understand what the truth is or maybe we only understand a little. I think that Jesus is one part of the truth, but that God is so big (not necessarily physically) and powerful and loving that we can't really grasp it all. I don't think that the entire truth has been revealed to us either. Maybe, you should study and pray for the knowledge that God wants you to understand. As for not believing in something that we can't perceive, well, that is called faith. Jesus said to Thomas in John 20:29 "You believe because you can see me. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe." This was said after Thomas touched Jesus' wounds. There are many things that people used to not believe in until Science proved the existence of them. Germs are an example of that. Flying is another. We are all stumbling around in this life. Most of us are trying to be as good of a person as we can at any given moment. All of us fall short even those who are our leaders in religion and government. It just makes us all human. You search for the truth and that is good. God bless you.

So then if you see a blind man ask him how he knows that the sun is shining, when a man plants a strawberry, how does he know that it will truly be a strawberry and not a pine tree?can you fathom the beggining or the end of the universecan you tell me where the beginning of the universe starts con you tell me where it ends?A lot of people say that God does not exist but they do not doubt the air that they breathe that they also cannot see! they do not doubt that they will eat food tomorrow that they will be able to buy because God allowed it to grow out of the ground, they do not doubt that they will have a baby 9 months after they concieve it,they do not dispute the fact that that if they plant a seed wether it be a tree or a vegetable or even a flower that it will grow into exactly what they expect it to grow into how often will it happen that if one plants an apple tree that what grow is a cabbage or a carrot? how often does someone plant a rose and get a bush of lavender? how often when a dog gets pregnant does it give birth to a horse? how often do you find that a sheep gives birth to a rabbit or any other or even how many times have you heard that a monkey or agorilla ever gave birth to a human, well I never have and yet if it did happin it would be the first thing in the news for months after the event!

no one can prove anything. christians quote THEIR book saying it is true. muslims, buddhits, hindus and all the other religions do this as well. athiests and other "non-believers" try to dissuade you from any notion of the supreme being who created it all. at least scientologist, whether you think its total bull or not, try to explain exsitance by using beings of superintelligence and there is proof that "aliens" exist (area 51, roswell...). basically the only thing you CAN believe is yourself. if you tell yourself christianity, islam, or scientology is the real deal, then to you it is. but let no one else tell you what is true if you have even the slightest doubt. before you commit yourself to a religion or belief system you should study all its aspects before you confirm that you are going to practice said religion. i myself am wiccan, look it up if your interested.
hope that was helpful!

I think most people these days want something they can actually touch. They want it to fit into their already hectic lives in a nice neat package. A formula for making decisions so they don't have to think about what they have done. Its only upon self reflection that any of us have a clue.
There comes a point when the info is too much and the question becomes meaningless.
Regardless of religious affiliation or lack of. Its a question of showing people what you feel by doing something about it. They want to attach you to a specific religion so they can discount your behaviour. "Oh you're one of them"

Nature and natural actions are what are needed to split chromosomes equally. There's no way that someone coudl tell each and every cell in the bodies of several billions to split and turn into something. It's like a school of fish... No one tells them to flow in one direction, it's just how they travel.

If you having believed, why bother by what other people say? In this world, people say all kinds of things. Somethings when said, builds you, somethings when said, affects you in a negative way.
Just like food. Some food you eat, builds you, some food you eat, harms you.
So filter out those things that are not productive in your life.
Shalom.

Your argument is basically that you haven't been taught enough biology to understand how it works, therefore there must be a supernatural entity behind it.
And please keep scientology out of it - they have nothing whatsoever to do with science.

your right. God is science, he created all things with science and mathmatical equations. so thats why no matter how hard science tries to disprove God they can't. you cannot get rid of God with his own creation!!! thats the beauty of God, you can't disprove him or his creations!!! we are all living, thinking, breathing creatures and no matter what no one has an answer to that outside of God!!! Blessings!!
