I love this new coworker, but one of best freind/coworker(he is stupid) give her some indirect hint that i like her. Now she try to keep conversation breif in front of the coworker/ hallway etc with me..
So how i know , if she is not interested or she is shy/nervious..
what Should I do?

Could be a few things. Maybe she has something going with this other co-worker. Maybe this other co-worker does not like you and has told her you were psycho or something. So the only way to tell is one, try to have a few more conversations with her without him around and two, once you feel comfortable, just ask her out for a drink or a bite after work. Make it a weeknight so it doesn't sounds like too much. If she accepts, you can feel out the situation much better in a social setting outside of work.

Depends how well you know her maybe? If she is brand new and you saw her and liked her than probably nervous and you need to take it real slow. If you have known her for awhile and now because of this she doesn't talk to you for long I think it's more likely not interested.

don't do anything, you have done enuf, if she is interested , she will approach you, if not, she won't. it's all pretty simple, females aren't as shy as you might hope. even the shyest will let the guy know she likes him if she does. if she likes you, she does because of who you are not who you are trying to become. give her some room.

my vote would be-not interested. But if you really like her, then give it some time, get to know her in the workplace and try talking with her.

tell her that u didnt mean for that to get out, and that u want to be friends, this will eliminate the akwardness and build ur relationship

well....i would say shy becasue i'm a verrry shy person too and i avoid people but they interperate it as being rude but in reality i'm just very shy

The importnt thing is, how does she act when she's alone with you? If she's brief and unresponsive, she's not interested...sorry.
