How do i know if a 94 Nissan Altima need a fuel enjector?

If this car does use fuel injectors , you will know it needs to be replaced when you notice a dramatic fuel use in your ordinary driving and also the car feels like is driving rich in the fuel air mixture , take it to a qualified Mechanic he will be able to diagnose it ,and replace the injectors .
