I already go to the gym..I just want to lose and keep off another 20 or 30lbs.....

I have found that the very best diet in the world is just to eat right.
next time you get a small bag of chips, look at the serving size! It will serve two people!! On the side of a cereal box it says that one cup equals one serving. Now go pour out a cup of cereal and that is how much you should eat of it! Over eating portions is America's biggest problem...

Dude! I am on a call right now about that very thing! I have been an independent herbalife distributor for 1 month but have been on a new nutritional plan for 2 months and I have 20 pounds and several inches! My friends husband lost 40 pounds!
