I have a sony projection TV and everytime I try to turn it on,it shuts itself off. What seems to be the problem?

for an accurate answer you need a technician to come and look at your set because any one of a hundred things could be wrong causing the set to shutdown

what is the power source of this sony projection tv. you need to check it and find out if it is anything that needs charging or anything like that. if that does not work it may be that your tv does not hav the correct software to use such equipment.

Your fan grill might be plugged.Fan has to cool the bulbs.Check the back If it gets hot it will shut off.

i've had the problem too, what you do is you take a remmington shutgun and blow a nice hole in it. In the hole you place a few sticks of dynamite or some C4, and give it a lite. (you might want to leave the room), afterwards give it a good hard kick and it hould work like a charm. leave me a message if you have any problems. glad i could help.
