A visitor at an asylum asks the director what the criteria are for defining whether or not a patient should be institutionalised.
"Well," says the director, "we fill up a bathtub; then we offer a teaspoon, a teacup and a bucket to the patient and ask him or her to empty the bathtub."
"Oh, I understand," says the visitor. "A normal person would use the bucket as it's bigger than the spoon or the teacup."
"No," says the director. "A normal person would pull the plug. Do you want a bed by the wall or near the window?"

Its so simple really... all a normal person would do is take the bucket, use it to fill a bigger wash tub, and then,when the tub is empty, find the plug on the tub, pull it out. After which, he would refill the tub with the water from the washtub,.. and it will all drain out.. doesn't take a rocket scientist, you know?

Lol, where is that asylum, cuz according to the question, I need to be institutionalized. I got the same answer as the visitor. But, technically, you are only given 3 choices, and you had the pick the best one. So i guess I'm ok.
