Do they live in your house (are you a child) or are they like visiting your house (are you an adult?) o.O
if youre a child, then tell them you need some time alone. if you're young and your parents are worrisome, tell them that its healthy for you and try to give them the impression that they're not neglecting you lol
if you're an adult then be pretty straightforward just tell them that you would like to spend time by yourself and that you don't need them that much. be really gentle though, you don't want to make them angry or sad

Dad, Mom....you know I love you....I don't want to make you feel bad....but I need some time at home by myself...
You really don't make it clear if they are wanting to be at your house all the time....or if you are a minor and want to be able to stay home alone.

Mom - Dad - I would like to be home by myself - its that easy believe it or not - they probably don't do it because they think they are doing what you want - you have to tell them otherwise they will never know.

Its their house. If you want to be alone then go to your room. I almost have the impression that you want them out of your way to do things that your parents wouldnt approve of. Whats so hard about hanging in your room if you want to be by yourself?

Maybe you could just say," do you think you could give me the responsibility of me being home alone?", maybe you could just ask them if it would be ok for a certain amount of hours and if it works the time span could gradually get bigger. I did that, it worked, for me. good luck
