As you should've learnt from sex ed at school, condoms do not cause the pain. If you're a virgin and it was your first time, it may hurt because of the tearing of the hymen. Not wearing a condom will make no difference.
Also, if you feel a lot of pain, then that might mean you're not ready. Don't do anything you're uncomfortable with, and wait until the time is right.

Are you mad to have unprotected sex with a girl especially if she is not some one you intend to have a life with. You don't want to play Russian Roulette with your life were sex is concern.
The woman being in a lot of pain during sex can be the cause of a lot of things. You seem like some one with very little sex skills.
