i accidently canceled out the tool bar with the lasso and text stuff and everything like that, so which option do i go to get it back?

ok, very easy to fix.
All you have to do is open photoshop, and on top of the main window, look for the "window" option. CLick on that, then click on "tools" and they will come back

Go to "window" on the top tool bar. Choose "workspace" then choose "reset palette locations" Bingo.
