need help answer my question PLEASE!!?

i went out with this guy named alex and it wasnt the first time. we had gone out before for 9 months and then we broke up.but about 2 weeks ago we went back out and then broke up the next day at school because he said that people were talking bad about us going back out. he said he still liked me and then he went out with another girl the very same day. so on new years i called him at 12:01 and said happy new years and he called his friend to tell him i had called. so now i want to call him to talk but im scared he might hang up and i dont know what to talk about but i like him and he dont want people talking crap so he wont go back out with me so how do i convince him. please help

From the sound of this question you sound very young. So I will tell you something that may help you in the long run. Do not waste your time trying to talk to him. If he really likes you there is no one (friends, family, etc.) that could stop him from talking to you or going out with you again. It seems that Alex is more concern with his rep than with you. So if I were you and I was oh, so many years ago I would concentrate on looking for someone that can stand on his own two feet, trust his own heart, be proud of what he feels for someone, and can tell his friends to back off, if they are saying things that can offend him or you. If you choose to speak to him do so. You as well as Alex will have to learn to stand on your own 2 feet and be strong enough inside to take whatever may be dished out to you. Hope all goes well and I hope that if it isn't Alex that the next one will be all that you want him to be.

He's already said he won't go out with u 'cause people talk bad about u guys goi' out. Forget him- he's too immature. If he really liked u, it wouldn't matter what other people say. Stay away, don't call him & see if he calls u. It may take a few wks., but if he cares, he'll call.
