If you're a girl you could get pregnant and STD's. If you're a boy you could get STD's. If you have sex with someone over 18 they could go to jail. If you haven't yet--leave it alone and get some more life under your belt, and don't let someone try to make you think this is the right thing to do.

The boy could get STDS, or in deep trouble if he gets the girl pregnant, which can be very likely even if protected. For the girl , she can get pregnant , get STDs, and also in deep trouble.....I didnt even know what sex was at 12!!
