I'm saving money a lot right now, and I want to dye some thin strands of my hair different colors. It doesn't need to be permanent, or really good for my hair, even, and I just want it to show up well (I have long blond hair and lots of ink).

A long time ago I use to dye my hair with kool aid. My hair color is dark brown so I use to use Burgundy cherry. You want to make a paste with the kool aid with a little water. Make sure you use gloves. Also try and not get any color on your scalp. I would sometimes end up with a red scalp. Oh yeah... when drying your hair, make sure you use a dark towel. Good Luck!

Try the new brush on color products available at most beauty supplies or even the spray on (less professional looking and kind of cheesy). There are also these new "hair crayons" which the stars use and you probably can buy at Sally's Beauty Supply or online. If you go the cheap route it will look cheap.

Ink will be fairly permanent and a lot of things will color hair and a lot of them will leave the hair looking clown like.
Are you preparing for mardi gras or the circus ?

you will ruin your hair if you put ink in it...or anything else that isn't supposed to be in your hair. at drug stores you can find temporary hair coloring kits for like 2 bucks...pretty cheap and it won't harm your hair. it washes out in the shower.

try the lorel mouse that is colored it lasts only a week but it is cheap and won't ruin your hair that other stuff will like ink or kool aid

okay... LADY Back Away From The Ink!!!!! Dont ever do that!!! It could damage your hair and it would not look nice.. :(
I saw on this comercial... it was like this machine that was pretty compact and it had like 20 diff colors and you roll it through your hair and *BAM* insta highlights!!!

Try using Herbal Essences hair color mousse..it's really cheap and pretty nice..are you talking about using pen ink or something?? =?

i does not, whilst i replaced into youthful I colored a number of my hair with a sharpie. It takes a protracted time to get out, and this is not comparable to hair dye. in case you opt to dye your hair, persist with easily hair dye.

no!!! it will not turn out right. the beauty supply has some wierd colors--bright blue, green, pink. It stains the hair but doesn't damage it and a tube doesn't cost much

if you color your hair with ink it won't come out . it will fade until it a putrid green color . buy a can of color spray and use that instead . it's made for hair
