Recommended for anyone to drink at least 6-8 8 ounce glasses a day. More if you doing outside work and it's hot or exercise, etc. In litres, about 2 litres or more depending on activity and heat level.

Oh, this again. THERE IS NO BASIS FOR ANY VOLUME OR 'FORMULA' OF WATER THAT ONE MUST DRINK IN A DAY. Sheesh. If your urine comes out pale yellow, you're getting enough. Somebody tracked this myth down and found it was nothing more than a wild made-up opinion. And it could be a harmful opinion for those dealing with heart or kidney trouble who should be limiting their fluid intake.

It's 2 liters or 8 glasses of water average. One lady actually drowned herself from drinking too much!
