Yeah I probably would, but not randomly! Like, I wouldn't go up to him and start feeling his arm. No. It would have to be with setting, like if you got into a convorsation about sports, or if he just lifted me up into his arms, ect. And NEVER poke at them. The guy would probably think you were being weird and its not like his arms are jell-o, so dont poke at them!

I've felt one of my guy friend's muscles out of curiousity, mostly because I dislike big scary muscles.
If he lets you why not.
