The exodus was approximately 1450 BC from what I've read about history.

I don't know if you have read the prophecy that the angel Gabriel gave to Daniel concerning the 70 weeks, in Daniel 9. It's very interesting and gives the exact week of years, 7 years, within which Jesus began and ended his earthly ministry.

SInce at least one of the stories is fiction, a numerical answer is not possible. James Ussher constructed a purported chronology of the bible, which would give you a numeric answer, but it relies on tales most of which are fiction.
