Cereal
Pancakes (make the batter the previous night; it's really fast to make and filling)
Fruit (banana, blueberries, strawberries, clementine, etc.)
French Toast
Waffles
Bagel
Cupcakes (you can wake up and put it in the oven first thing, go get ready, eat it when it's ready; just use a cake mix)

You can make pancakes or waffels a day or 2 before or more. Wrap each seperately in saran wrap and then in a plastic freezer bag(can put several in a bag) Just nuke for couple seconds(30 or 40) and splat butter and syrup on and eat. Also good with PB&J on them. (Keep covered while in microwave or they will get like frizbees...hard). There are several brands of breakfast sandwiches on the market too that are tasty and fast. Hot Pockets makes one with breakfast stuffing in them.

Why eat breakfast foods? Anything with protein and complex carb is good.

Pizza.
PB&J on a wrap or bread
Sliced trukey and/or cheese on a wrap or bread
Always use whole wheat bread/wrap.
Any of these plus a piece of fruit is healthy and quick.
Don't forget calcium, espceially since you are female - cheese, milk, etc.

Yogurt is good. English muffins, or you can make french toast the night before and throw it in the microwave the next morning. There's always the peanut butter and banana sandwich.

Try some cottage cheese with sugar (substitute) and cinnamon or with mixed fuit or I tried some pumpkin in it the other day! Really good! I also do smoothies, yogurt parfaits, or pizza toppings on rice cakes or an english muffin.

What I love to do is grab a flavored yogurt and brake a granola bar into pieces and then mix in with the yogurt...it's fast and easy.
