You floss before you brush your teeth. Here is why:
when you floss, it loosens crud that is stuck between your teeth. If you brush your teeth first, then floss, you are knocking crud onto your freshly cleaned teeth. You get a cavity in a couple years.
If you floss FIRST, crud goes into your cruddy mouth, then when you brush, walla, all the crud is gone, rendering your mouth clean.
I am 31 years old, and no cavities Ever! NO fillings! I think I am on the right track with tooth care.
Floss FIRST!
Have a good evening, and floss first ;)

I like to floss before that way when I brush, I know it's getting all the plaque out and i feel cleaner too. Listerine will not whiten your teeth, but, crest white strips do. Flossing really helps alot! Plaque hides in between teeth that brushing just can't get at.

Floss EVERY Night, "After" brushing your teeth.
Most people that do not floss nightly, by the time they are thirty-five to forty, have already lost a few permanant teeth. When this could have been prevented by flossing once a day, at night. It only takes 2 - 3 minutes to floss correctly.
If a person does not floss nightly, they are Lazy, and do Not care about their Health. Sad.
But you Care, or you would not be asking.

I floss before so the brush can get rid of all debris. If you floss after, you'll just dirty the teeth you already brushed.

Before. If you do it after, the floss will be distributing the plaque and all onto your cleaned teeth.

You should floss after you brush. The best floss to use is the unwaxed floss it cleans better, not the waxed kind.
