Money's tight right about now so going a gym is not really an option....What can i do? Help me out, please!

(1) Eat nothing White ( bread,sugar,rice,potatos,etc.)
(2) Eat nothing after 6:30 pm ( 5 hours before bed )
(3) Get at least eight hours sleep a night
(4) Walk at least 1000 steps every day
(5) Eat only 10 times your desired weight
10 X 140 lbs = 1400 calories,etc.
(6) Try to make love 3 to 4 times a week (adults)
(7) Exercise every morning & evening
(8) Eat your biggest meal at breakfast
(9) Spend only 2 to 3 hours on TV or Computer
(0) Cut out SODAS they are liquid Candy

have a nice breakfast , snack , lunch , snack and dinner. look for a 1'000 calorie diet on the web that is if u r not going to run.

do not go below 1200 kcal pls! u will screw up ur metabolism
