Well, to consider that I would hope the parents are quite comfortable and accepting of your relationship. Hopefully, they take it serious.
I would make it a sweet light small kiss. Especially in front of her dad. I know mine hates to see his 'baby' girl growing up and would rather me date when I'm 36. Dad's can be rather over protective. Sometimes they rather disbelieve the seriousness of a relationship than accept it.
Make sure your girl is comfortable with the display of affection in front of her parents. You might embarrass her, and I am sure that is not what you want.
If they're in the other room or something I'm sure you could get away with a bit more than a small peck.

I also hope that you are at least older teen. I wouldn't recommend trying this if you are a young teen.

Of course you can, you just don't need to be 'making out' in front of them. Why don't you stick to the simple kinds of things like holding hands or putting your arm around her. You're best just sticking to a quick peck on the lips/cheek in front of the parents --- anything else is a little out of line.

well, first of all, it depends if her parents allow her to kiss/be kissed by boys. if not, dont even try it. but, if so, then just a kiss on the cheek, or a peck on the lips. nothing intense. be polite!!

well depends on you age under 20 peck on cheek or on lips
over 20 a little more but not much remember these are her parents not your friends
