3~ Eat healthy, try a mostly vegetarian diet, and work out every day.

5~You shouldn't diet, you should focus on a lifestyle change. Cut out refined sugars and white flower, I know it's hard, but it is worth it. You will feel so much better soon.
6~ The first five, not to long. Some good exercises to do at home are going for a walk every morning or evening, just make sure to get your heart rate up. You will be amazed at how good just that makes you feel. You can also do things like crunches and squats, do them when your heart rate is up and you will burn more calories.

3) go run...long distances at slow pace (easier than fast run and it even burns more calories)

5) little debbies snacks and all things related
6) techinically, the safe amount of weight to lose per week is 2 pounds, so by that theory, 2 and 1/2 weeks. how you change your diet and how much more you exercise will be the ultimate factor in how much you lose and how fast
if you dont like the outdoors, find yourself a good tredmill...you can even set it up in front of the TV (makes time go by a lot faster)

4.) Replace your bread with tortillas, use salsa instead of ketchup, Use eggbeaters in place of eggs, lower your sugar intake, eat protein like chicken.

Dedication, I do 8 minute abs everyday, but I'm also a dancer.
Lots of fruits and water.
Potatoes and pasta as long as you can.

I'd say purple is yur best bet with it, but it may be open on thursady, give em a call and we'll set somethin up if you cant get it done by the 3rd of feb, please, please dont bother if you have 3 double a batteries cuz I need to get back home for the festival. I'm on a float.

5)most candy, cake, coke drinks, desserts, look at the carbs
6)just run around, do push ups, go swimming if you can, play with your animals. i lost 5 punds in a couple days. 2,3,4

dark chocolate is better AND better for you...take walks..ride bikes...skate.. play dance dance revolution... do housework... use a lot of lettuce..no cheese..and a light dressing...eat a lot of fresh produce and not a lot of canned or processed stuff... and just have fun and excercise
