for whatever reason you cant tell your parents you need to tell someone....try calling a doctor and explaining your situation...tell them your age and say you want to make an appointment and you need to come alone or with a friend...try to find a free clinic so you dont have to worry about cost....be prepared to answer questions cause they will assume something is wrong at home for you to be holding this information from your parents.. ..there is many things that could cause this and you should recieve treatment right away

!!!!!! Hello, this is not normal. Tell someone who can get you the help you need a pastor, priest, school counselor, social worker, aunt , uncle neighbor.......
It is strange you can't tell your parents. What have you done to make you afraid? what have they done to you? what ever the case you have reached out. If I have not helped you , I'm sorry, I hope you find the help you need. This may be happening only at home NOW but if it is serious it will happen in the public soon and you won't have to tell anybody all will know and it may be too late to get help. My advice is tell, please consider your parents they are your lifeline, and whatever it is they will see you through. believe it.

Tell the school nurse. Somebody HAS to know. You really could be sick and need help.
Why can't you tell your Mom or grandparents? Think about that - maybe you really can tell them.

You need to tell them and get medical help right away. You may be suffering from a lack of oxygen. Write it down so you don't forget.

you need to tell them because your only 12 and you can't go see a doctor by yourself. it's better to tell them now before it gets worse, and it's gonna hurt them more.

are you eating right?

Its because too much blood rushes to your head at a time. Just avoid letting too much blood enter your head

You must tell your parent or guardian. Although I wonder how you know it has happened before if you don't remember.....
