right now the current no-is 70% but the complaint rate is so high,,that that no is dropping real fast ,,buying a car off there right now is too risky,,there's too many flood cars being sold on there and you cant tell if they were or not,,because most of them are never turned in to the insurance company,,good luck though,,hope this help,s.
